going rancid.  The design creates a watertight seal covering your butter.  The
conical shape of the bell keeps the butter from sliding downward.  The lid can be
set flat upside down so that you can serve your butter with ease.  
Simply change the cool water a couple of times per week and you will always
have soft spreadable butter.
