| My tea pots are both beautiful and functional, but they are NOT stove-top kettles. Water may be heated in the microwave or boiled and then poured into the pot to steep the tea, but do not put the tea pot on direct flame to heat. They hold about one quart, and feature an interior strainer to keep back tea bags or large leaf tea. The lid has a deep foot to make it less likely to fall out, and an indented knob which makes it easy for one finger to hold in place. |
